Commenting on tumblr.
I’ve always wondered why tumblr doesn’t have built-in commenting. Maybe I’m jumping the gun on this, but I decided to do a little investigating and find a way to make it work.
Lo and behold, I found Disqus.com. Disqus is a free site that hosts your commenting and even gives you the code to paste into your layout. Given that we just learned the basics of code in class, adding it to my tumblog was a snap!
You don’t even have to have a Disqus account to comment on people’s blogs, which is pretty cool. Now start discussing!
